At Modern Rose House, every arrangement is carefully prepared and delivered with precision and care. Our shipping policy is designed to ensure a seamless and elevated experience from creation to presentation.

Delivery Area

Modern Rose House currently offers White-Glove Delivery within Toronto and select surrounding areas. Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout based on postal code.

Delivery Scheduling

Delivery dates are selected during the checkout process. While we strive to honour preferred time windows, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to factors including traffic, weather conditions, and delivery volume.

For time-sensitive orders, we recommend scheduling delivery at least 24–48 hours in advance.

White-Glove Delivery

All arrangements are delivered using our signature White-Glove service, ensuring careful handling, presentation, and placement upon arrival. This service prioritizes the protection and visual integrity of your arrangement.

Same-Day & Rush Orders

Same-day delivery may be available for select arrangements when orders are placed before the daily cut-off time. Availability is limited and not guaranteed.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Modern Rose House cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery details
• Recipient unavailability
• Restricted building access
• Unsafe delivery environments
• Refusal of acceptance by recipient

In such cases, additional delivery fees may apply or the order may be canceled without refund due to the perishable nature of florals.

Delivery Confirmation

Once an order has been delivered and confirmed by our courier, responsibility for the arrangement transfers to the recipient.

Weather & External Delays

Severe weather or unexpected circumstances may impact delivery schedules. We will communicate any significant delays where possible.

Shipping Fees

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on location and service level. All delivery charges are non-refundable once fulfillment has begun.
