Perishable Nature of Floral Products
Due to the perishable and delicate nature of fresh flowers, all sales are considered final once an order has been prepared or dispatched. Floral arrangements are custom-made to order and cannot be restocked or resold.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on fresh florals, bouquets, or arrangements once delivery has been completed.
Order Issues & Quality Concerns
If your arrangement arrives damaged, incorrect, or significantly not as described, please contact us within 4 hours of delivery at

We reserve the right to assess each situation individually. Where appropriate, we may offer a partial refund, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:
• Fresh flowers and floral arrangements
• Custom or personalized orders
• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Products affected by improper care after delivery
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only if the request is made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a refund, as materials and preparation may already be in progress.
Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been successfully delivered to the address provided, Modern Rose House is no longer responsible for any damage due to environmental conditions, recipient handling, or delayed retrieval.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by:

Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
